AIRTAG partners with ORANGE to announce the first secure NFC Android app on the SAMSUNG Galaxy S2

Paris, the 19th of September 2011 – AIRTAG partners with ORANGE to show on its booth at the NFC World Congress 2011 (19/21 September) the first secure NFC Android app on the SAMSUNG GALAXY S2. AIRTAG thus confirms its leadership in NFC technologies and strengthens its mobile strategy.

The application, based on AIRTAG fidBook technology, developed for the Samsung Galaxy S2 NFC, allows users to collect loyalty points and download coupons on their phone, communicating directly with an NFC reader using the “card-emulation mode” using an Orange Cityzi SIM card.

Thanks to its fidBook technology, AIRTAG provides retailers with white-labeled turnkey loyalty apps to mobilize their customer relationship.
