The BabyNes system leverages AIRTAG’s AIRSHOP platform to monitor interactive in-store iPads
Paris, 06 June 2014 – AIRTAG, the leading provider of mobile shopping solutions, today announces a new partnership with Nestlé- for accompany the brand on providing an interactive in-store experience for its BabyNes system through remote iPad monitoring. Nestlé is using AIRTAG’s AIRSHOP platform, to monitor iPad devices in-store to ensure they continue to function and deliver an optimal customer experience. iPads have been installed by Nestlé in-stores to promote the BabyNes system, while also providing customers with more information and product knowledge. The BabyNes iPads are aimed at creating a more interactive and engaging in-store shopping experience through videos and content.

The Mobile Device Management solution that Néstle is using is based on AIRTAG’s AIRSHOP platform. Devices are managed remotely through an administrative web interface which delivers: updating location-specific product availability, changing video content and monitoring hardware vitals.
The first interactive BabyNes iPads were installed in September 2013, and since have now been deployed in more than 120 stores across France and Switzerland. Adoption of this solution in other countries is foreseen in the future.
